Brandi Harden is the owner of Harden|Law. The firm specializes in criminal defense, serious personal injury, police misconduct, and civil rights cases. Ms. Harden has practiced law for more than 20 years and is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Ms. Harden has also been recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers” by the Washingtonian and as a “Top-Rated Criminal Defense Attorney” by Super Lawyers. She is a member of the National Trial Lawyers and the National Black Lawyers Top 100.
Ms. Harden has also trained the best attorneys in the nation. She is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School’s Trial Advocacy Workshop and during the summer, serves as an adjunct professor of law in Georgetown University’s Criminal Defense Clinic. From 2006 to 2018, Ms. Harden coached the nationally recognized Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy Team at Howard University School of Law. Ms. Harden also serves as faculty for the National Criminal Defense College, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Gideon’s Promise, and several other trial skills and litigation trainings.
Brandi Harden obtained her Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, D.C. Court of Appeals, Superior Court for the District of Columbia, and United States District Court in the Northern District of Texas.
